SHIPPING CHARGES

You HATE shipping charges. We HATE them too.

Shipping charges are based on the quantity ordered, size, and overall weight of all the things you love to hate. We ship via USPS & UPS. All shipping charges are calculated in real time. Following purchase, you will receive an email featuring your unique shipping confirmation once your order has been processed for shipment. Be sure to check your Inbox, spam folders, and trash folders before determining absence of shipping confirmation emails. Shipping charges are non-refundable on returns.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Depending on location, most orders will be delivered within approximately 5-7 business days once shipped. We would HATE it to take longer. All items are shipped via USPS or UPS, because we HATE them the least. The carrier availability will be present at the time of check out. The shipping rate per package will be calculated based on the size and weight of the order.

Open your package and “hated it”??

Do you HATE what you purchased more than you HATE just about anything else? Do you HATE that you have to return it? Well, we HATE returns, too! You have 15 days to return or exchange the item you HATE just too much to keep it. Return shipping fees are at the customer’s own expense.

We HATE worn, damaged, washed items, and items returned without all original labels attached in original packaging even more than we hate…well anything else! You would HATE it too, because we can’t issue a refund if the item is not returned in new condition.

BEFORE YOU RETURN:

If the item you opened was not just what you hated most, we would love it if you let us know. We HATE it if we don’t know you are returning an item you hate. We HATE a returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. Any addresses on the parcel is not approved as return address. We would HATE any returned package without authorized return address from customer service representatives.

Return shipping cost is at the expense of the customer. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.

TO RETURN AN ITEM YOU HATE:

Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at orders@ihatemondays.co to request the exchange/return.

Step 2: After receiving your exchange/return request email, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions so we can process the exchange/return.

Step 3: You will receive a refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We’ll email you once processing your refund or exchange. FYI: It can take 5-10 business days for the credit to post to your credit card statement.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you contact us within 24 hours and the goods have not yet shipped, you can cancel the order. You should submit a help ticket from the e-mail: orders@ihatemondays.co once your decide to cancel the order.

For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fees. We will process the refund within a week after receiving your return package. FYI: It can take 5-10 business days for the credit to post to your credit card statement.

We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

REFUNDS

How Will I Receive My Refund?

In most cases your refund will automatically be returned to the original form of payment used for the initial purchase. The usual process will take approximately 2-3 days as it depends on the bank or form of payment utilized. In special cases, a credit might be issued in lieu of a refund. Customer will receive an email confirming refund details once the item is received and processed.
