When you place your order you will receive an automated email confirmation. You can track the status of your order using that link.

If you contact us within 24 hours and the goods have not yet shipped, you can cancel the order. You should submit a help ticket from the e-mail:orders@ihatemondays.co once your decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fees. We will process the refund within a week after receiving your return package. FYI: It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

No, we aren’t selling hate. In fact, we promote love. The love of things we hate about day-to-day life. We do no harm. We use our powers for good.

Once and for all, we give a voice to the things we love to hate. It’s okay to hate Mondays, traffic, burnt popcorn, alarm clocks, mornings…you name. At one time or another we have all had one of those “I hate” moments.

Returns

Do you hate what you purchased more than you hate just about anything else? do you hate that you have to return it? Well, we hate returns, too! You have 15 days to return or exchange the item you hate just too much to keep it. Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense. We hate worn, damaged, washed items, and items returned without all original labels attached in original packaging even more than we hate…well anything else! You would hate it too, because we can’t issue a refund if the item is not returned in new condition.

Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at orders@ihatemondays.co to request the exchange/return.
Step 2: After receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.
Step 3: You will receive refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We'll email you once processing your refund or exchange. FYI: It will take a longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping options are clearly stated when you place your order. We currently offer USPS and UPS as shipping options.

We do not offer free shipping at this time.

In order to best accommodate the demands of specific holidays and events, it is best to place your order 2 weeks before you want to receive it. In the cases of special events, it is best to order as soon as the item is available for purchase.
